PGL are a major employer and trainer of young people. Staff development has been key to our success in the outdoor industry, and for 60 years young people have gained valuable experience of work, a taste of independence, and started their career with PGL.

At activity centres across the UK, France, and Spain, we offer seasonal jobs plus apprenticeships, full training and mentoring (including industry recognised qualifications) plus on site accommodation with all meals provided as part of our staff package.

Many of our jobs don’t require previous experience, just enthusiasm and a positive attitude, giving young people a chance to start exciting careers in activity instructing, hospitality and catering, retail, administration, maintenance and language roles.
